2026-02-27

On February 27, 2026, the 11th day of the first lunar month, Dayang Medical ushered in the Year of the Horse with a Chinese lion dance ceremony to mark the beginning of the work year. Amid the thunderous beats of drums and cymbals, Mr. Huang Zehui, Chairman of Dayang Medical, along with the company's leadership team, gathered together to ignite the passion for the year ahead and extend warm New Year greetings to all employees.

The ceremony commenced with the Xingshi paying homage at the company's main entrance, accompanied by the rhythmic drumbeats that announced the official start of the work year. The Xingshi twirled, pounced, and leaped continuously to the lively music, filling the venue with a jubilant atmosphere. A particularly striking moment came when a Xingshi performed on a high pole, its robust body moving with remarkable agility as it conveyed New Year blessings, wishing Dayang Medical thriving business, great success, and a swift victory in the Year of the Horse.

The "Cai Qing" (plucking the greens) segment represented the ceremonial core and climax of the event. Amid the eager anticipation of the crowd, Xingshi gradually approached the lettuce—symbolizing "growing wealth." With a sudden, graceful leap, it snatched the greens and tossed them to the leadership to catch, conveying wishes for sustained business growth and enduring success in the new year.

Following the Cai Qing ritual, the Xingshi procession began a tour around the premises. Gently touching the reception desk, door frames, and workstations while interacting playfully with employees through nods, the Xingshi spread "good fortune" to every corner, praying for a year of smooth operations and success in all endeavors.

A cherished tradition followed as employees touched the Xingshi's head and body. Folk wisdom holds that "touching the Xingshi's head brings freedom from work worries; touching the Xingshi's body ensures smooth sailing all year." This interaction not only allowed staff to absorb auspicious energy but also rapidly galvanized team morale, helping everyone transition from "holiday mode" to full operational readiness.

It marked an excellent start to the year's work. Carrying the warmth of family reunions and the promise of the new year, all employees have now officially returned to their posts, embarking on their journey in the Year of the Horse. May all colleagues unite as one, spur their horses forward, and together embrace a year of growth and glory.
